### Authorizations

**Authorization**: `Bearer <token>` (required)

#### Path Parameters
- `retailer_id`: The unique retailer ID. In the Dropship UI, this is called the Merchant ID.
- `id`: The unique permit identifier. This ID is automatically generated when a permit is created.
